Sigray is nearly doubling its floorspace by leasing an additional 10,000 sq ft of office space. This additional space will be used to support the company’s rapid growth in the X-ray microscopy and microanalysis industry.

In collaboration with the Advanced Light Source, Sigray has published the results of its capillary x-ray optic for soft x-ray focusing. 

Sigray has developed the world's highest NA submicron x-ray optic ever made - capable of resolving down to 400 nm, as demonstrated recently at two synchrotron sources.

Sigray is the featured small business of the USA's National Science Foundation's Small Business Innovation and Research website. 

Sigray's paper on "Advanced toward submicron resolution optics for x-ray instrumentation and applications" written by Mark Cordier, Benjamin Stripe, et al. is now available for download.
